An possible new admin requirement.

I think the (New) Admins should have at least 50 hours on the server before they get admin, I see a lot of new admins that only have like 1-20 hours on the server.

Agreed. Also I can't stress this enough but there needs to be an age requirement as well. 16+

Age Isn't the problem. You can be 5 years old, but be more mature then the whole server. See Where Im going with this. Before admining someone just watch them for away. See if they treat people with respect. See if they are mature.

I agree w athony, age isnt the problem, its the use of the power. Although the time reqirement is a good suggestion, you need to be on the server long enough to truely know the rules (as you would progressivly get in sits w admins). So really age requirements is a no (IMO) and time requirements is a yes. Golbez tbh admins like billy have done fairly well, if not as good as any other admin on the server so the age requirements arent needed.

Nearly every admin below sixteen has been abusive or terrible. I've been part of the server for four years trust me I know this. There have been VERY FEW exceptions. An example of this would be Dale Winchester (15). Also, four years ago when I first got admin i was fourteen and absolutely terrible.

I can find myself agreeing with the time requirement. and the age requirement, yes some admins younger than said age can be inexperienced, however i have seen plenty of admins over the age of 16 that are the same if not worse. all in all i think that the time requirement should be a definite and that there should be admin training and perhaps a stage before you become an actual admin with all the powers (Admin in training or trial admin) where they have only a select few to make sure that they understand that the powers are a privilege and will be revoked with abuse.
