Admin Abuse x2

This topic is directly pointed out to Spectre and Ben Dover.

Let's start with Ben. He pulls me and my raiding partners out of a base that we just finished killing everyone in, and about to get some nice printers. Until we were teleported out on the claim that there is a 10 min raid cooldown. I told him there isnt a rule like that in the motd, but he just flew away. I later try to get his help because one of the people that we killed came back and killed me half a minute later.

Now lets move onto Spectre. I was building a toll both outside of spawn, as a hobo and with 2 other hobos and on the side walk. The toll was only $50. It wasnt considered prop block either, because there were 2 other ways to take to leave. Spectre came in without saying a word and deleted everything i built, then says that I'm not allowed to KOS people if they past my both without paying. I responded with saying alright, I could have just removed my sign. As I was trying to rebuild my booth that was randomly removed, Spectre proceeded to make up another excuse saying that im not allow to make it inconvenient for people to go through that area. I told him that it wasn't even a rule and that he cant just make up rules like that. He resorted to kicking me for the reason of "Admin Disrespect" even though I didnt disrespect him in any way. I just told him that I'll follow all the rules in the motd, but not some rule that he would like.

Well based on what i saw the toll booth was set aup and the way the sign was worded it appeared like a KOS line.. just what i saw so dont get cranky at me if this is wrong but this is what it looked like to me

You're right for assuming that, I dont blame you at all. But instead of talking to me Spectre decided to just come running in spaming his remover tool all over.

I just want to clear up what the sign said, it had 3 lines...

"Toll Gate"
"Toll is $50"
"Passing through without paying toll will be KOS"

(Y'all died trying to raid him. And you came back like 2 minutes later. So technically you were breaking the rules. So if I pull you out of a raid. It is for a reason so do not complain.) I didn't abuse. I was simply doing my job.

If you listened to me or just checked the logs for yourself (I even offered to upload a screenshot of the logs), you woudve have known that I never broke NLR. I did not die by the people still in the base, that killed the other 2 and which I survived. I died by a guy that I killed 30 seconds before he came back killed me. I even waited 5 mins for the NLR timer because no admin responded to me. So I came back 5 min later to try to raid.

The reason why im complaining about admin abuse is because your reason was "there's a 10 min cooldown between raids" then ended the conversation.

P.S. I can still upload a screenshot of the logs proving that I was killed by a guy that broke NLR, thus making your point of me breaking NLR irrelevant.

First off, there IS a ten minute wait on raiding. It's just another reason aLpHa needs to finally update the rules list. It simply isn't written there but it IS in effect.

Secondly, you can't have toll booths. I mean you CAN if it's inside your property such as a store or a building so you can charge people to enter, and that doesn't apply to hobos. (can't place one on the sidewalk.)

First off, there ISNT any 10 min cooldown CURRENTLY on raiding.
Secondly, I can build on the side walk as a hobo. I even asked an admin before hand if I`m allowed to build a toll booth as a hobo, and he told me that I can.

Lastly, I am following every rule that is currently on the motd. If there is some rule that is suppose to be on the motd, that something that can be fixed in a matter of minutes. As I said earlier you can enforce rule that arent part of the list of rules.

P.S. How would you know what the rules are if you dont even play on the server?

I made a typo with "can't build on sidewalk". I meant to say not on the street or public property such as the fountain area or in spawn.
