Propkill is not a instant ban.

NS Davile Banned me for propkill because someone threatend me and he holds a grudge so I shouldn't of been banned he needs more training because he has deleted my friends props before for no reason so either train him or fucking demote him because he is getting on my nerves!

If someone threatened you and you propkilled them, that is a good reason to get banned, and he probably had a good reason to have deleted your friend's props. Also why would he have a grudge against you if it was not for a good reason?

If he threatens you in any way OOC you do not do anything you simply call an admin. Threats will not be tolerated on this server. And prop kill (On purpose) Is an instant ban.
