MOTD Update NEEDED

My name is [NS] U.S. Special Forces
My sugestion:
WE NEED DESPERATLY A NEW !MOTD the current MOTD is very Vague. for example rule 7. there can be a maximum of 2 fading doors to get into your base. lots have people have asked IS it to get in to the begining of your base the main part or where the printers are in your base.
Lots of things are needign to go indepth a lot more and the classes should be explained better in my opinion. aswell  things liek a raid cooldown or kidnaps(for when it is allowed again) and things like for wars and whatnot are just not described and they should be. let me know any other questions on this int he section below or jsut your overall thoughts on this

That would help out with the gaming and will cause less trouble when people have four fading doors outside base and then two inside.
